  • your e-mail address and the password for your personal account, and

Optional information includes street, address, postal code, and phone number.

If you choose to take advantage of the financing calculator, ACCENTRO will store the following factual data:

  • purchase price for the targeted property,
  • incidental acquisition costs,
  • total cost,

  • fixed-interest period.

If you created a client account, ACCENTRO will moreover store the following factual data:

We need the aforementioned factual data to submit a property quote to you in answer to your request for information, and to set up a purchase-and-sales contract relationship that could result from it or else to administrate your client account, as the case may be.

To be able to submit meaningful information on financing your dream property to you within the framework of our optional financing calculator, we need to forward your aforementioned factual data to our cooperation partner BauFi Direkt GmbH & Co. 1.2 Usage Data / Use Profiles / Cookies / Social Plugins
You may visit our web pages without registering or signing in, principally speaking. Any visit to the websites, however, will generate data that are called “usage data.” The following rules apply:

1.2.1 Log Files
Whenever you visit our web pages, we save certain data in so-called log files. Log file contents include the IP address of the querying computer, the date and time of your query, the times at which your visit to our pages began and ended, the transmitted volume of data and the sub-pages of our website that were called up.

The log files may also include the name of files retrieved, data volumes transferred, notifications of successful retrievals, the web browser used, the queried domain, the referrer URL, the time of the server request and the operating system used. We create and save the log files, on the one hand, for security reasons so as to be able to trace any cases of service misuse or criminal acts. On the other hand, the log files provide intelligence on the ways in which our services are used. They tell us, for instance, which pages are particularly popular, and which ones are seeing particularly frequent use at certain times, or how the users navigate through our web pages, among other aspects. The findings of such analyses are provided exclusively in the form of anonymised statistics that we use for the technical and editorial optimisation of our services. This means, for instance, that while we have no idea about your user preferences, we do know that there is one user with these preferences. In other words, we have no way or intention to identify you as an individual on the basis of your IP address. Specifically, we collect the following data and use them as outlined above:

1.2.2 Google Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. with registered office at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies,” which are text files placed on your computer, to facilitate the analysis of the website's use (for more details on cookies, see item cc below). The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for us and providing other services relating to website or internet usage. Google may also forward this information to third parties to the extent it is required to do so by law, or to the extent that third parties process the information on Google's behalf. In no case will Google match your IP address with other data stored by Google.

Moreover, we Google Analytics is supplemented on our website to include the so-called “Anonymize” code. It enables IP masking so that the last digits of your IP address will not be visible anymore.

One of several options to prevent the collection and processing of the data polled by the Google cookie is to download and install the following browser plugin: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

1.2.3 “Google +1” Button
ACCENTRO uses the “+1” button of the social networking website “Google Plus” operated by Google Inc. (for address details, see item bb, above). You will recognise the respective button by its “+1” sign against a white or shaded background. If you call up our website using such a button, your browser will set up a connection with a Google server. Google will transmit the contents of the button directly to your browser, and embed the data in the website. ACCENTRO has no way to influence which of your data Google collects in this context. Google will learn which of our internet pages you visited. However, the “+1” button will not be employed to capture your internet activities in general. Neither will Google continuously log your browser history whenever the “+1” button is displayed, or analyse your visit on a given page featuring the “+1” button in any other way. Google will save the data of your visit for about two weeks for system maintenance and troubleshooting purposes. These data are structured neither by personal profiles or user names, nor by URLs, and are not forwarded to ACCENTRO. If you are signed into “Google+” and click the “+1” button, Google will capture information about your Google profile, the URL you recommended, your IP address and other browser-related details. These data will be deleted if you terminate your “Google+” membership.

If you permitted public access to your profile in your Google+ settings, Google may display your “+1” icon as reference to your account name and your account photo in Google services, such as search results or in your Google profile or on other websites and advertisements on the internet. For more details on the purpose and scope of the data collection as well as on other ways in which Google uses your data, see Google's own privacy statement at: support.google.com/plus/answer/1319578.

If you are a “Google+” member and wish to keep Google from collecting data about your visit to our web pages, you should definitely sign out of “Google+” before visiting ACCENTRO.

Our relevant web pages are labelled with the corresponding button. If you call up our website using such a plugin, your browser will set up a direct connection with a Facebook server. Facebook Inc. will transmit the plugin content directly to your browser and display it near our web pages without us having any way to influence the individual plugin.

Facebook Inc. may be able to use the usage data communicated to its servers to identify those of our websites you called up, and match these data with a Facebook account, assuming you are a registered Facebook user or visited a Facebook page or another website with Facebook contents lately. If moreover you actively use Facebook plugins (e. g. clicking the “Like” button), the corresponding data will be transmitted directly to Facebook Inc. by your browser without us having direct influence on it. 1.2.5 Twitter
Our web pages use plugins of the Twitter short message service operated by Twitter Inc., 1355 Market St., Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA (a so-called “tweet” button). Whenever you visit our web pages using the relevant tweet button, the plugin will set up a direct connection between your browser and a Twitter server. Twitter will be informed that you visited our website using your IP address, and may match the information with your Twitter account if you have one. If you happen to be logged into your Twitter account while clicking the tweet button on our website, you have the option to link our web page contents to your Twitter profile. This enables Twitter to match your visit of our web pages to your Twitter user account. ACCENTRO has no influence on the transmission and processing of such data by Twitter.

For more details, see Twitter's own privacy statement at twitter.com/privacy. If you wish to keep Twitter from matching your visit of the ACCENTRO website to your Twitter account, simply sign out of your Twitter account before visiting our website.
