The five-storey apartments buildings on Silberstein- and Hertastrasse are located in Neukölln, one of Berlin\'s most diversified boroughs. The ensemble of buildings was raised as terraced development in 1930. The sunny apartments of 1 to 4 bedrooms range from roughly 49 to 87 square metres, and most come with tub-equipped bathrooms. Just three minutes of walking will take you to the -Hermannstrasse- rapid transit and underground station,with its service connections to Alexanderplatz or Friedrichstrasse, among other destinations.
