Description

Location

The site of the 360 degree apartment complex lies in the vibrant borough of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, which, while being the smallest borough of Berlin by area, is also the most popular one. Both Karl-Marx-Allee and Frankfurter Allee are within walking distance, providing a wide spectrum of shopping venues for any kind of need.

Schools and preschools are located in the immediate vicinity, just minutes away. The nearby hipster neighbourhood of Simon-Dach-Strasse in Friedrichshain is rivalled by the bohemian Wrangelstrasse quarter on the opposite bank of the Spree River, in Kreuzberg. This part of Berlin has evolved in recent years to become one of the absolute hot spots, and counts among the city\'s most coveted residential areas.
