The two residential buildings are part of a listed housing estate that extends over several streets in the inner city and the adjacent sub-district of Berliner Vorstadt. The neighbourhood is dotted with similar double houses in the Art Nouveau style that include open residential courtyards, and with new-build construction projects that blend harmoniously both with the vintage houses and the cityscape in general.
Among the most compelling aspects of the flats of roughly 58 to 123 square metres are their generously proportioned floor plans. Featuring anywhere from 1 to 4 bedrooms, the flats with their typical period elements will make a perfect home for singles, couples, and families, as the case may be.
