Built in 1984, the Flotowstraße residential ensemble at the corner of Bachstraße and Hansaviertel in Berlin\'s Tiergarten district catches the eye with its striking architecture, which relates to the IBA Berlin 1979-1987 and is characterised by its individual façade and floor plan design. The building, which tapers to the corner of Flotowstrasse/Bachstrasse and the neighbouring residential building, was extensively renovated in 2016/17. The facades and the stairwells shine in a bright and inviting colour concept.
The modern multi-family house encloses an inner courtyard with old trees and discreet planting. To the side of the Bachstraße there is a small front garden in front of the building.
