The three-storey apartment building at Dethardingstraße 88 is located in the popular Hansaviertel directly next to the lively trendy quarter Kröpeliner-Tor-Vorstadt, KTV for short. Built in 1935, the classic 1930s building with its light-coloured facade and green front gardens - optically contrasted with rust-red bricks - stands in a row of well-kept apartment buildings formerly owned by the city of Rostock. Parking spaces are available in front of the building. There are two garages with 15 and 17 square meters on the property, which are assigned to the ground floor apartments.
In the building in the Dethardingstraße, which runs between the Hansaviertel and the KTV, a total of eight bright 3-room old-style apartments with about 69 to 78 square meters of living space are for sale. Nearly all apartments have a covered balcony facing the quiet courtyard and are mostly rented out.
The apartments are well maintained and can be reached via the same staircase with a classic wooden staircase with a light wooden railing. Behind the wooden entrance doors, which are also brightly painted, each apartment has individually cut rooms ranging from 11 to 24 square meters, as well as a kitchen and a bathroom with bath. The bathrooms of the two sunny attic apartments are equipped with shower and toilet.
The decentralized gas-fired thermal bath was renovated in 2014, the roof was replaced in 2017 and a connection to the district heating network is planned. The renovation of the facades began in March 2020. Each apartment has a cellar, in front of the house bicycle stands are planned, behind the house you can enjoy the summer together with your neighbours in the shade of light birch trees.

The construction of the Rostock Hansa Quarter was started at the beginning of the 20th century. The Dethardingstraße is located between the city river Unterwarnow and the Barnsdorf facilities, which include the Ostseestadion. FC Hansa Rostock, one of the largest sports clubs in Germany with around 13,800 members, still trains and plays here today. The Rostock Ice Sports Stadium and the Neptune Swimming Hall as well as the Sportforum are also in the direct vicinity.
The many shopping and sports facilities as well as the proximity to the hospital and the university make the Hansaviertel an ideal residential area for families, athletes and students from all over the world. Especially because of its numerous green spaces, the Hansa Quarter is very popular with Rostockers and international guests of the Hanseatic and university city. Although it is one of the smallest districts of Rostock in terms of area, it also houses the Botanical Garden and the famous Rostock Zoo.
With the surrounding day-care centres, children\'s playgrounds and the children\'s and youth sports school, the Hansa Quarter offers a good infrastructure and plenty of space for joint activities. The connection to the public transport system is also ideal: The S-Bahn station Rostock Parkstraße can be reached on foot in five minutes, from there you can reach the city centre of Rostock in less than ten minutes. The connections to the city centre are also via Parkstraße with tram lines 3 and 6, where bus lines 25, 27 and 39 also depart, which take you to the other districts of Rostock and to the seaside resort of Warnemünde on the Baltic Sea, which is less than five kilometres away from our front door.
