The Rostock Ice Sports Stadium and the Neptune Swimming Hall as well as the Sportforum are also in the direct vicinity.

Especially because of its numerous green spaces, the Hansa Quarter is very popular with Rostockers and international guests of the Hanseatic and university city. Although it is one of the smallest districts of Rostock in terms of area, it also houses the Botanical Garden and the famous Rostock Zoo.
With the surrounding day-care centres, children's playgrounds and the children's and youth sports school, the Hansa Quarter offers a good infrastructure and plenty of space for joint activities. The connection to the public transport system is also ideal: The S-Bahn station Rostock Parkstraße can be reached on foot in five minutes, from there you can reach the city centre of Rostock in less than ten minutes. The connections to the city centre are also via Parkstraße with tram lines 3 and 6, where bus lines 25, 27 and 39 also depart, which take you to the other districts of Rostock and to the seaside resort of Warnemünde on the Baltic Sea, which is less than five kilometres away from our front door.
