This residential building is located on the Lichterfelde district location in the south of Berlin, and consists of two building sections, one facing the street, the other being a back building. Raised in 1965, the two- to four-storey structure is home to altogether 32 residential units and three commercial units along the street. The 1- to 3-bedroom apartments range in size from c. 38 to 80 square metres and feature bathtub-equipped bathrooms, separate WCs in some cases, and intercom systems. The balconies or rooftop patios command a view of old-growth trees and the carefully groomed green areas around the buildings.
Basements run the entire length of the two buildings. The basement divides into service entrance equipment rooms, the facilities of the central oil-fired heating system, and tenant units. A former underground car park now serves as storage facility. There are also 14 parking spots in the north-western inner courtyard.
